We have coaching for all age groups. Group coaching is a perfect way for Juniors to play tennis in a fun and social environment whilst learning and improving their skills. Our coaching covers all areas of tennis and will educate players through to being able to compete at entry level competition.
Just like the mini tennis program, our Junior program is aimed at players under the age of 13. Access to this program is based on ability and commitment. An advanced level of athleticism and coordination, as well as a higher time commitment to the weekly training schedule. At this stage we also introduce fitness session as part of the training. Idea for children who would like to progress faster following the competition pathway..Training takes place 5 times per week - Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm to 6 pm.
The minimum hours of monthly training are 30 hours, both tennis, physical and psychological preparation. We train every day except on Saturdays and Sundays.
This program is for beginner and intermediate players. We focus on technique and stroke mechanics for great base fundamentals, and we spend a lot of time on drills and point play. This will help the players gain confidence to be able to compete.
Specifically, each player learns to develop areas of strength in their game and learns how to use them to their advantage. Stroke development, footwork, doubles and singles strategies will all be covered during the course of the monthly program.
